What you get
The work is done twice today. Once on the form on site, once again at the kitchen table transcribing it into a Word template. The second pass adds nothing except delay and typos.
This replaces both. Your existing checklist becomes a mobile form. The inspector works through it on site, photographs what matters, adds a caption, and submits. A branded PDF is generated and emailed to the client and to you, before anyone leaves the property.
The form definition is the only thing that changes between one business and the next, which is why this is a template rather than a custom build. Photo volume is the one thing worth agreeing up front – storage grows with it, so a cap per report is set before the build starts.
