What you get
This is the highest-volume repetitive task in property management. The inspection itself takes forty minutes; turning it into a landlord report takes another thirty, usually that evening, usually badly.
The report is built on site instead. Room by room, photo by photo, with condition and notes recorded as you walk. On completion a branded PDF is generated and emailed to the landlord and the office, and the record is filed against the property so the next inspection can be compared to this one.
It runs on the same underlying build as trades site inspections – only the form definition differs – which is what makes a one-week delivery realistic. Integration with PropertyMe or Console is not included and is not a small addition; that is a scoping conversation, and it is the single most likely cause of a blown timeline in this sector.
