Ask every client for a review on a set schedule, automatically and consistently.
Review volume is the most visible competitive signal in residential real estate, and it is almost entirely a function of whether anyone asks. Most agencies ask when they remember, which means after a good settlement and never after a quiet one.
A recorded event starts a sequence. The request goes out on a schedule you set, a follow-up goes out if there is no response, and the sequence stops when the client acts. The copy is yours and the sending domain is configured properly, because a request that lands in spam is the same as no request at all.
One rule is non-negotiable and built in rather than optional: every client in the trigger group is asked. Screening for likely-happy clients before asking is review gating, it breaches Google’s policy, and it puts the agency’s review profile at risk. If that is what is wanted, this is not the right build.
